Pros

Leadership across different departments are heavily involved and will prioritize the development of their team. The benefits are great. The work culture is fantastic and multiple events happen every year to continue to foster it. Open communication.

Cons

I lived far from the office after a move which made it tiring overtime and had to leave. Other than that, if you’re local or live somewhere where public transport is accessible, I would recommend it!

Great job if you need a flexible schedule

Flexible schedule, great boss, variety of work. It’s nice to build relationships with managers & be away from the house.

Cons

There is not always enough time to complete work, but that is standard for the industry. Extra time is allowed when asked.
