Flexibility in hours was a plus. Management has changed since I left, not sure if that's the case anymore. Employee discounts.

Cons

Human Resources was a joke in the Minneapolis office! Anytime you would make any kind of inquiry regarding health insurance and benefits, they would tell you to go look it up on the internet. They had no interest in working. Their priorities are laughing and gossiping throughout the day for the entire office to hear.

The management is not on your back about production. It is pretty much a relaxed enviroment. The managers have a open door policy if you ever want to talk or have a opinion.

Cons

You have workers beside you stabbing you in the back due to all of the freedom employees have. Management have their favorites. The favorites get away with murder

I really enjoy the work hard/play hard culture, the transparency of senior leadership, the encouragement and support for personal and career development, and all of the cross training opportunities.

Cons
