Air Conditioned Offices and some nice managers

Cons

plant was not air conditioned or heated. brutal in the summer and winter. pay below grade at the time.

Good job, nice people and works with my schedule

Pros

The schedule works with my family and I have time off to spend with my family. I only live 5 minutes away from the plant in Greeneville. I do like my shift manager and he's works on the line when someone is off on vacation or calls in sick. I have worked a couple of places and this job is by far the best I have had.

Cons

12 hours shifts are long and can be boring on long runs
