Used to be a great company to work for, but as they grew, so did the cliques, and favoritism. Upper management does not like confrontation so they let lower management and supervisors make decisions and they treat you like kindergartners. Because they are allowed to make decisions, there are a few that love to micromanage. Fun activity days involved grade school games and they will have water balloon throwing at work in the parking lot while wearing work clothes, very grade school. Whenever they "provide" food for food day cook outs, they but the cheapest hotdogs they can buy. The employees provide the main food and drinks, not the employers. When Trump cut/lowered taxes for companies and companies were reciprocating these savings to their employees and giving out bonuses, PWI, employees saw nothing, however ALL management got all new cars with paid insurance and gas.
