lots of opportunities to learn new things. Opportunities to get promotions.

Cons

You will almost always work over time. Sometimes the job can be very labor intensive. The pay is not bad but not good either.

Great place to work with great benefits. HR (Lisa) is amazing as is the plant manager, Don. The pay could be a little better in comparison to other places but this is still an amazing job to have all around.

Cons

Only 16.50 an hr, raises based on how much you know instead of work performance. No annual or quarter raises
