- career advancement through training, education, and certifications - the senior leadership as well as the company itself have decades of stability - every facility and office is empowered to help neighboring communities through volunteer PTO and company-matching charity contributions - benefits are great, especially with a robust health/wellness program many organizations do not offer

Cons

- if you prefer a large, publicly traded company, this would not be for you - not every facility offers full climate control, which make things a little uncomfortable during intense summers/winters
