Management needs to do better. All they do is gossip about past, current and potential employees, complain about having to give people their vacation because of lack of coverage and give zero direction. They show you once maybe twice and you are expected to know it all, sink or swim is the company mantra. Gatekeeping is a huge issue. Managers play favorites and if you don’t bend over backwards for them they treat you like crap. All in all, worst management I’ve ever seen and I have been in production for over 20 years. Put some time and effort into good employees and it will go along way. Stop treating us like we are disposable beings. There is a reason this company has such a high turnover and people don’t stay.

The people, the clueless management. Gets worse day by day. Unreal expectations from the pencil pushers.
