Pay is good for job responsibilities. Environment isn’t bad and message they promote is positive for the company. Schedule is manageable for long term planning

Cons

The people in some of the leadership roles shouldn’t be there. They have experience but no true meaning of leadership. Can be improved on but seems to go unnoticed
