Tremendous company, family ownership is second to none! PWI has and is a growth company that gives current employees the opportunity to improve themselves and move up in the organization.

Cons

It is difficult to say that there are any "cons" to PWI, if I had to choose one I would say to remember that the people truly like to see the Sr. Mgmt. team on the floor anytime they are in the plants. The people in the plants feel even more ownership by seeing and meeting the Sr. team interacting with all people.
