I love that I worked Night shifts and majority of the people were very welcoming. They have excellent benefits.

Cons

I was covering two other ppls positons for 5 weeks as a employee was on sick leave. I was only getting one day off a week and I was exhausted.

Whats good for management isn't usually whats best for the production worker.

Plenty of overtime. Decent starting pay for production work.

Cons

Does not have the employees best interest at heart. Minimal advancement opportunities. Management plays favoritism to an extreme.
