some orders can be very stressful if they are behind schedule, a lot of people are two-faced here

Pros

Good pay short hours vacation pay for part time the work is sometimes mindless. Temperature controlled clean place to work

Cons

Mods are treated differently with all easy jobs in one and all hard jobs in another. New leads are needed to make things run more smoothly.
