      All of this applies to St. Mary's and not other ministries. Pros 1)Competitive pay 2)Patient diversity 3)Staff diversity 4)Opportunities to get involved 5)Opportunities to teach 6) Comradery between nurses 7) HR is really sweet 8) Awesome community farmer's market

      1) Understaffed 2) Understaffed 3) Understaffed 2) Broken equipment infrequently repaired 3) QI not properly implemented creating consistently larger burden on nurses 4) Not nurse driven 5) Silos between all professions, not team-based care

      The company has Ok benefits. Will recommend to friends and family . Clean. Community oriented. Staff is somewhat friendly .

      Cons

      Busy. Understaffed . Unstable. They need to provide more educational opportunities to staff. HR doesn't help the managers as much as they should.
