Presence Holy Family Medical Center is literally the WORST hospital I've ever been employed with.

There is really nothing about that hospital that I would consider a positive.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin... 1. As a patient care tech, I was overworked and vastly underappreciated. 2. There was blatant racism towards any African American employees and management and human resources always turns a blind eye. 3.The staff that has been there for years believe that because they have seniority they have the right to put all of their work on the new hires. 4. The nursing managers and house supervisors all need to be replaced! My manager boldly alerted me that she torpedoed a reference for me to transfer to another hospital because she wanted to hire me full time and was allowed to get away with this. Who does that? 5. The entire Presence Health will lowball you on pay with wages that are laughable at best.

Steals from employees by not paying overtime. Deceitful. Greedy. Puts money first over patient care and not one CEO cares. Don't work for this company.
