The facility provided a great learning experience and opportunity. Clean from what I could see . The food is decent. Travel time for myself was minimal = great!

Cons

Didn't like to work with schedules (in order to keep a great potentially long term employee), favoritism was seen from the nurse manager, coworkers (amongst CNAs) like to point fingers when things went wrong, day shift was very clique and nit picky (about everything and anything). As a nursing student (during clinical rotation) nurses were not very welcoming, seemed to not like student around unless they needed a 'sitter' for a rather difficult patient.

Staff mostly nice, some nicer than others; physicians work well with staff!

Cons

Manager breaking her back to meet the bottom line, cancelling PCTs as much as possible resulting in Affecting patient care!!
