      Pros

      Large organization with several hospitals. Room for growth with great benefits. My Manager helped you to succeed in your role.

      Cons

      Use of outside firms to reorganize the hospital. Which told them how much time it would take to certain responsibilities of her job. Manager positions created, lay offs of staff positions.
