Fox Knoll location is great working environment. The staff are super friendly and love to have social gatherings with both staff and residents.

Hours are flexible, great for part time work. Training is very thorough and great for continuing education credits.

Cons

Shift hours proposed or promised are not upheld which can complicate working other places. Just needs a little adjustment on the communication.

there are some hard workers and people with good intentions. very good work life balance because most departments are overstaffed. benefits are pretty good

Cons

you have to be friends with somebody in power for any hope of advancement. demoralizing environment, management plays favorites but stabs each other in the back at the same time. leadership put each other down. there is no incentive to perform well. overstaffed and major waste
