Pros

None since Presence Health took over. Sandra Bruce has destroyed what was Resurrection health care. Even though we're a not-for-profit, it's obvious that their business model is for profit.

Cons

Poor moral. If you're over 40 you should be in fear of job likewise if you have been there over 10 years. They seem not to value experience. You also need to be in fear of speaking your mind. They encourage your opinions but then retaliate as they now view you as a non-team player. Presence doesn't appreciate employees.

Co-Workers do treat you like family

Cons

CEO & corporate has a very nice office space at the Talcott facility but yet they are spending money on rent downtown and on treadmill desks but they are now selling one of its home bases.
