great nurses, ok docs, great techs, nice diverse patient population

Cons

If you have any issues at all, management wont listen- or I guess they do listen, in one ear and out the other. Nothing is done about poor patient care, careless providers or "trends that are seen" by certain providers care giving.

People are wonderful here. A very warm environment exists from your peers.

Cons

Management operates by a certain standard that is dedicated by the numbers. Human emotion does not factor into that mentality. Even a horse needs a lump of sugar to perform well or to feel they are cared for.
