Very good pay, good benefits, self scheduling, good Dr/RN relationships

Cons

Staffing problems, OB Dept has no staffing guidelines, RN's taking 2 or more active laboring patients, NO support from manager when staffing is LOW, not enough training, manager is not consistent with every staff member, too much call, expectations for RN's to work with less than adequate training, definite bullying of RN staff by other RN staff, no response from upper management when complaints are made

They pay you on time, except for those few months in 2015, when they screwed things up.

Cons

It felt like a sinking ship. BS flows regularly to distract people from the reality. The only people who appear safe are the doctors. The ones who aren't direct employees of Presence.

Well-rounded and choice of benefits with comparable costs.

Cons

PTO is required to be used for first 4 days of any episode of illness before Illness Bank is utilized, which potentially causes staff to come to work while being ill, more easily infecting others and potential errors if not fully alert.
