Great management, they care about you Team environment, everyone is there to help you reach your goals Family environment, so many of my co-workers I know call friends and family Pay structure, it's clear and Never changes, commission and salary, no caps on commissions! Bonuses! I love my bonuses. All from gas cards, trips, events. It's amazing! I love my job, never stressed, easy going, alot of fun.

Cons

It's hard to find some, I get to sleep in because of the hours. So I have to do more house cleaning for the wife lol. Small monthly parking fee. But company pays for most of it.
