      Cons

      Good ol' boys club, limited advancement especially if you are a woman. Look at new org chart - no women.

      A lot of project to work on with terrible customers...good luck there!

      Cons

      Team leaders and managers are not trained well, it's like a good old boy club, if you are not part of it, then you will be outsider. HR is a toy dog of management so don't expect anything from HR if you have an issue with your managers.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial mindsets are welcomed. Not much micro management so you have a chance to be creative. Annual Technical Event in Orlando is a tremendously awesome gesture.

      Cons

      No strategic vision or culture. Training and on-boarding lacking. Its like a team full of independent contractors because synergy is not a focus. Tools have been lacking for years. The future doesn't look as bright as the past.
