      Some excellent people that really know their stuff

      Some high up people that think they know their stuff... but they don't Below industry average pay with no raises. Seriously, NO RAISES.

      Great people Macbook Pro's Always seem to have jobs available

      Cons

      Seasoned expert level people tasked with very basic assignments. Staying relevant/sane is a big challenge if you are technical No process for annual salary review; even cost of living. You may go years without adjustment. Be prepared to see your real salary decline year over year Policies would work will for slackers. If you don't like to work, Presidio is your place.

      I have no good words for this company

      Cons

      The lewisville office is an extremely hostile environment. There are no procedures and very little training This office is run by fear instead of a positive team working atmosphere. They will dehumanize and belittle you. I am entering this review to save others from making the same mistake i did by joining this company.
