      Pros

      There are some excellent Engineers that work at Presidio.

      Cons

      The pay is below industry standards and they do not give raises. No cost of living raise, no raise based on performance, no raise based on longevity. They give no raises.

      Pros

      Before going public this was a great place to work at. They kept you busy, great bunch of professionals. Although the pay is kinda low the bonus mafe up for it until they went public.

      Cons

      The executive management started to leave some of the management team who stayed started to thin out teams. Bonus structure has changed and your now being penalized for others now making milestone unreachable. Some of the good old boys need to leave.....
