Great people with excellent technical skills. Standard benefits package and fair pay. National reach with deep talent pool in all markets.
Cons
Murky career path for technical staff. Most engineers are mid-career but promotions were very infrequent and usually granted to sales staff on their way to management roles. Project management on technical projects was inconsistent which upset customers and internal engineers alike.
