Poor work/life balance due to management dumping too much work on staff, poor leadership skills, managers do not listen to employees suggestions, management does not know how to allocate and plan resources successful, and behaves as though they really don't care about their staff, lack of respect for employees, lack of team work, poor employee satisfaction leading to a revolving door atmosphere as employees leave Presidio, and projects get shuffled from 1 PM to another. This is bad for the PMs and creates poor customer sat and frustration for everyone.

They don't train...do it on your own but they rarely pay for it and if they do it is only certain people. They send the same person every year to the same event not giving others the chance to attend.... Opportunities to advance Preference treatment for Events and Training
