      Very Smart and Capable people that deliver well when focused on immediate client needs.

      Cons

      Lacking Leadership and a unified direction. Three different Regions run completely different made it impossible for a unified front and strategy. They also struggle to work with Large National clients as they are so regionally focused. The different regions ran with different cultures, strategies, you never felt a part of one company.

      Decent benefits, Flexible schedule, Work from home.

      Cons

      No control, nowhere to go. Small office of a big company. Employees have very little ability to effect any positive change. They were just expected to crank out services.

      Mico-manager freaks! All about utilization, doing more with less, zero leadership. "Managers" are not empowered. All about the bottom line. Razor thin raises and cheap salaries while they enjoy fat margins.
