      Pros

      I have been working at Presidio for several years. The extended team, available resources, upward mobility, and support offered by management are all tremendous! I would highly recommend Presidio to anyone looking for a fast-paced, challenging, rewarding environment! If you are willing to work hard, it really pays off.

      Pros

      Good company to learn and grow with. Many advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities do not get you more salary. This company will promise more money time and time again and never deliver. It's always "It's not in the budget". They work with minimal staffing and overwork the people who are there. The management team ( Managed Services ) is VERY unprofessional, will curse on calls, talk down to employees and gossip about other employees to you. Management is supposed to have your back, this department will let you burn. There are no yearly reviews at all, just weekly calls to see how your projects are going, and then being told to work faster.

      Pros

      The philosophy is technical, sales oriented. Good focus on technology assets and nice training budgets, hours.

      Cons

      Not competitive salaries. Change of personnel are too often too quick. Hard to become friend and see people go, until you understand that yourself have to go too.
