The clients who need us most either have funding, management, or personality issues. That means a lot of the work we do is with difficult people who don't have enough money to do what they want and didn't set realistic time frames for when they want it done in. It would be nice to say "lets fire all of the bad customers", but unfortunately our job is to fix them instead.

Very varying workload, sometimes not having real statistical work for couple of weeks, sometimes 60 hours per week.
