      Sluggish, with old school management tactics

      Pros

      Presidio is regarded as one of the “more strategic” VARs, but that doesn’t mean a whole ton, when the rest are selling hardware. With that said, Presidio is starting to “turn the page” on being more digital and tactical offering cloud and Software services.

      Cons

      Culture is pretty toxic. It’s all about the sales numbers. The company is about 5 years behind on the methodology of selling value vs. just selling “stuff”. Managers say they are motivated to sell cloud and more strategic services, yet the push from top down is to sell what you can to get to your number.

      Inefficient for an IT Company

      Pros

      Only pro I would say is WFH environment. They state Unlimited PTO but taking time off is frowned upon.

      Cons

      If you want to work for middle aged white men who only click with each other, then maybe this place is for you. Outside of that, you are excluded. Zero culture here. Work life Balance they stated was great during interviews,but why are we working 65+ hours/week and answering emails and communications at night? Now, again another buy out by CDR. Unstable organization still private and cannot have its own backing but by others. The amount of systems and outdated software utilizing 7 or 8 different tools and systems just to gather data is beyond inefficient, tedious and frankly wasting employees time to actually assess and analyze data. Not to mention the worse 401k. Not 100% vested until Year 5?! Salary is also beyond par and not competitive for the amount of work required. Basically doing 3 person job and getting less than 1 person salary.
