Pros

I have nothing to say. It was the worst experience of my life. There's so much politics in this environment. If they like you, you can survive here; otherwise, they will find a reason to fire you. Recently, Cloudix merged with Presidio. Cloudix employees are talented in Azure services, while Presidio employees are skilled in AWS services. However, from the Presidio side, there is dominance over Cloudix employees. They think they know everything about Azure, but in reality, they lack basic knowledge in Azure. They create a scene as if they know about Azure as well. Some of the employees from the Presidio side think they are geniuses and dominate junior employees. There are many more reasons to say, but I will stop here.

Cons

Don't join this company. The management's behavior is very poor. They treat us as if we were AI, expecting us to adapt to new technologies without giving us time to learn them.

In response to your recent Glassdoor feedback regarding your post-merger experience at Cloudix and Presidio, we sincerely appreciate your insights and would like to address the issues you've raised. After the merger, our leadership made it a priority to offer abundant opportunities for all employees, especially those needing support in enhancing their technological skills. Significant time was involved in technical learning and development to ensure that everyone had the opportunity to excel in the evolving environment. While it's regrettable that some employees felt they were unable to meet expectations despite the extensive support provided, we recognize that each person's journey is unique. We respect their decisions to pursue other opportunities and wish them well in their future endeavours. On a positive note, we are delighted to share that few other team members enthusiastically embraced our performance improvement initiatives and have seen significant growth as a result. Their commitment to enhancing their skills has been truly inspiring, and we take pride in their success within our organization. Thank you once again for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

No Pros. Recently cloudix is merged with presidio . After that they are targeting cloudix peoples without any reasons. If you are going to work for one project and came from cloudix. They will first directly put PIP without any reason and ask you finish the hard task, even they can't able to finish within a month. But for presidio employees, they are directly push to projects and started to give KTs. It's really madness and don't know why management is encouraging this type of idiotic work culture. If suppose if you done the task they will trigger lot if qns and saying to us, we re not satisfied and please quit here. Very terrible and toxic culture ever seen

Cons

Don't join here, you will be fell in politics and ditched there. They will fire you and search some reasons for your career.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value your insights and welcome the chance to address any concerns you have about your experience post-merger at Presidio and Cloudix. Since the merger, our leadership has prioritized creating a supportive environment and offering ample opportunities, particularly in enhancing technological skills. We've significantly invested time and effort in technical learning and development initiatives to keep pace with our rapidly evolving industry. When an employee's performance falls short, we initiate a collaborative Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with their manager and a mentor. Weekly check-ins track progress and offer guidance. PIP is designed to help retain employees by providing the necessary resources and guidance for improvement. While we understand that some employees may have struggled to meet expectations despite our support, we respect each person's unique journey. We fully support their decisions to pursue other opportunities and wish them the best. At Presidio, we are dedicated to nurturing the potential of every employee and ensuring they have the support and resources required to achieve success. Thank you once again for sharing your feedback with us.
