Pros

I loved this job! I wish there was an open position cause I would go back in a heart beat! The team was friendly and willing to help always and my supervisors were friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about us.

Cons

Can be a lot of paperwork in the beginning stages of the case

Pros

Loved the clients. Also, the main psychiatrist (Dr. Welch) is awesome, great with clients and truly cares about what she does.

Cons

Supervisors are not particularly clinically-oriented, so if you are seeking a place to grow in your clinical skills (such as obtaining LPC, LCSW, etc), may want to seek external supervision. Also, being on crisis duty is definitely a con. And whether or not you receive a raise is dependent on your ability to bill a certain amount of hours with clients, which is stressful.
