Pros

$1500 a fiscal year toward education, rewarding work with clients, some amazing co-workers, mileage reimbursement, and flexibility with a hybrid structure.

Cons

Higher-ups make big changes that affect the direct care workers without input from any actual direct care workers. High turnover rate and layoffs without notice or severance. Relatedly, there's lower-than-average pay for a high-demand workload. When asked about this, they reference the "great benefits", which are equal to or less than average for the area. Ridiculous car insurance requirement that means paying much more (and therefore almost canceling out half of the mileage reimbursement benefit.) Some newer micro-managing via added "fidelity practices". On-call requirement.
