Pros

I was a recent college grad and this place hired me, but gave me absolutely no training, just threw me into the position. When I didn't know what to do, managers would berate me in front of other employees, so unprofessional. When they terminated me, the HR lady kept the door open and other employees came in and out of the office, how humiliating. This organization is in business to counsel and help others, but they treat their own employees like garbage. Being fired left me upset and really hit my self esteem, but then I realized they did me a favor by my being able to get away from this toxic workplace. These are the PROs of working here, because the Cons are much worse.

Cons

Don't work here, even if you are desperate

Pros

The pros to this company are the flexibility in the schedule and the benefits.

Cons

Communication is awful amongst programs. employers and employees and the opportunity for advancement is minimal. The pay is HORRIBLE considering what the job descriptions are and the amount and effort of time you put into your position. The HR department is not supportive of the employees needs. there is no opportunity for buy-back for benefits- the benefits are VERY expensive through Pressley Ridge. There is a program that employees can put money into for disasters and needs of the families that pressley ridge benefits but in the event of a fire, emergency need of an employee- they can not access this money for assistance of their own families.
