-support staff educational growth (trainings, CEUs, master degree opportunities, specialty certifications, teaching certifications, etc) -many positions allow for a flexible schedule; if you are a trusted employee -staff that have sincere concern of your burn-out and compassion fatigue -engaging opportunities and events for staff -great leaders all the way to the top -an organization to be proud to work for

Pros

Working at Pressley Ridge has been a wonderful experience. The direct care staff and supervisors are easy to work with, the benefits are amazing, training opportunities are plentiful and communication at the local level is great.
