      ID have to say the customers and the employees that i work with and for, i like the fact that i stay active and busy throughout the day.

      Cons

      very low pay, no opportunity for advancement. Paying on a low scale to employee's for a large amount of work

      Easy job, somewhat flexible, co workers are nice, general atmosphere is good, customers are usually easy to handle and deal with

      Cons

      Management. General store manager always wants to micro manage and doesn't trust her managers to do the job even if they are competent to handle their own department. Not a job to have motivation at. Company is old style and is intimidating instead of easy to be around. Prices are not chopped lol
