      Pros

      Your co-workers are often fun, sometimes weird. The hours are never that bad and they are often flexible and management can work around your schedule. In general, management isn't really bad and the job is fairly easy.

      Cons

      Breaks are only 20 minutes if you work less than 8 hours, corporate sucks and doesn't care about their employees, the pay could definitely be better.

      Good place to work. Employees very friendly.Very reasonable insurance benefits if requirements are met. Advancement opportunities.

      On your feet. Very limited discounts given to employees in store.

      Pros

      Schedule and duties were fairly easy when job was learned and responsibilities were outlined

      Cons

      They allowed an employee that had been with the company for many years to be verbally and psychologically abusive and bully every employee that has worked with them and never reprimanded them once even though the employee has continually repeated the behavior. Store management needs to back employees and make sure that employees are treated fairly when they deserve recognition for a good deed.
