Flexible schedule, good management, there is a lot of variety and room to move up.

Cons

Shifts can be at weird hours and it can be a struggle to get as many hours as you want. Depending on the time and day it can be super busy or very slow

It used to be a flexible job, perfect for highschool / college students. Employees used to be treated like humans

Cons

Recently, Management has begun looking for any reason to fire their employees. Loss prevention is routinely watching employees and not customers. Employees are written up and fired if they are caught on camera doing anything from taking unauthorized bathroom breaks, walking to the water fountain for water, having a closed container of water at their register, etc. It has become a joke of an operation.
