*a great job for college students; will work with your class schedule *fellow employees are awesome to work with; many have become great friends

Cons

*zero to little opportunity for a raise *no opportunity for advancement *those in management positions seem to be relatives to one another/ or have other personal connections (This is probably why there us no room for advancement)
