      Pros

      Right now, very few, Only the people I've worked with for the last three years,

      Cons

      Hours cut arbitrarily, without warning. Expectations the same as if you had those 7 hours a week that they took away. New. Boss who is one way to your face and another behind your back, and is critical of everything you do. .. We had a great team before the changes. Now, it's horrifically awful to work in this place. They harp at you and get on your case if you are 5 minutes over your time even if you were talking to a customer. Sooner or later they will strip me of enough hours to lose my benefits.

      -Fun employees -Good managers -Sacking is a great job for high school students -Management worked around my schedule well to give me hours -Rewards employees who are consistent in customer service

      -Work becomes rote -Pay is minimal -Feet hurt after being on them for eight hours -Stressful at first, learning how to do job well

      Pros

      They gave me decent hours and pay for the work required. They worked with while I was going to school and made sure that I was doing work that would give me experience I could use with my degree.

      Cons

      It is the service industry and it has all of the cons that come with that. Moving into a full time position is almost impossible.
