      Cut full time hours and only hired part-time to increase their profits and avoid the Affordable Health Care Act.

      Pros

      no upside that I can see. Any crappy job will as good as working for these people.

      Cons

      There is almost no chance that a person can work for the McKeever's and mactually make enough money to live on. You'll need food Stamps and free school lunches to help these folks pay for their houses and boats at the lake.

      The pay is low, the management has too high of expectations for something this crappy, no employee discount, and you get yelled at by managers for random stuff.
