The company is full of great, hard-working, driven people. The company is fairly young so there are a lot of people willing to learn and adapt.

Cons

The pay/benefits is mediocre to poor. The same driven people can sometimes cause other employees to overwork themselves and burn out. There are some positions that are set up to fail. Depending on the department, management can be old school and strict.

Decent pay, hours are decent. Salary pay so pay is only 24 pay periods. Have company outings to promote team work, and lunches provided by the company and lunches with other employees.

Cons

Benefits could be better, as well as the only 24 payment period, there are 26 periods in the year.
