Well-Organized Company Industry Leader Not much else

Cons

Salary is way too low (about half of what it should be). One of the managers at the branch I worked for is very egotistical and condescending. lot's of mind games. The other manager is fine but there are so many mixed messages.

Pros

For the most part, Great Management, Friendly Staff, good Environment. Family-Oriented and room for advancement. Would recommend.

Cons

One of the lowest pay scales in Manitoba. They also do not have a standardized pay scale, so team-mates in the same role could have varying Salaries even though they do the same thing. The bonuses are pretty bad too. The workload is huge and their do no keep up with annual reviews.

Pros

Young members and energetic. Family environment.

Cons

Poor management decisions. They do not follow their own direction that they said they want to follow. They rarely replace employees that quit. Teams go down from 7 to 3 members with the same work load. No overtime but you are expected to work through lunch and stay late on daily basis.
