Job is simple and easy to learn no matter where you go in the factory

Cons

Hard to get into and labor intensive with few breaks or moment to cool down or get a breather. Long potential 10 hour shifts each day for 5 days a week granted that's overtime but still considering the constant intensity it's a lot.

Office staffs are young and friendly. There are a lot of supports from all departments. The benefit package is attractive including maternity and paternity leaves.

Cons

Need more support from higher ups in making decisions. Limited office space.
