Nothing anymore, unfortunately for employees

Cons

Leadership started treating employees really badly starting about a year ago, you can see this reflected in how the company has decided to respond to negative reviews on this site. The CEO essentially told everyone that if they left they could easily be replaced, and then proceeded to lay off 7% of their employees with hardly any severance. High performing employees were let go in favor or keeping ones that had lower salaries in other countries. LT is investing in projects that won’t actually make the company any money and then blaming employees when goals aren’t met. Like most companies, leadership is 99% old white men.
