They do not let you know that you have to be employed within the last 6 months in order to be considered. No where on their site is this made clear until they call you to let you know that "Thanks but no Thanks". They are not even capable of asking for your capabilities for the position that you are applying for. I have more than what they required but they will never know that. This outfit is not worth it. Look at the other major competitors that care for what you can offer!
