Pros

The company seems to have a good business model but is stuck in the past requiring franchisees to unnecessarily pay for an expensive phone system when you can get a better VoIP for a fraction of the cost...they also require you to advertise in the yellow pages which have not been relevant for years.

Cons

Gayle Longmore was extremely incompetent as a franchise representative. She was extremely rude and arrogant - a know-i-all. She gave incorrect information numerous times then denied that she said that. If you look at her past she jumps from franchise to franchise, I guess she wears out her welcome quite often. I would stay clear of this organization if she is still there. Be sure to dig deep in due diligence, track down former franchisees and press PrideStaff for the real story which they are reluctant to give and will even lie about!

Pros

PrideStaff cares about their employees and also motivates them to want and do more in their community. It's not just about the money like some companies. They put the time in to help you grow if you put the time in as well. They are fair, supportive, fun and have a great & organized way to connect all the offices across the US. * Opportunity to learn multiple skills in one position * Great communication and tools from corporate office * Big business support with a small business feel

Cons

* Promotions - unless you're in a bigger location, growth can be limited. * Job Title - multiple job titles in one position can be overwhelming if you don't have the staff to support the growth of the office and the proper recognition for the workload.

Pros

The great thing about PrideStaff is you get the corporate backing with the intimacy of a family owned organization.

Cons

Not a large amount of growth within the franchise. You can only go so far.
