Didn’t have to look for job.

Cons

They never explain the process of temp to hire. They make it seem like once employer wants to hire you they can no strings attached. But no they charge employer huge finding fee if they hire you before they get all their hours making money off you. Which is about four to six months. So you’re screwed with no sick pay no holiday pay no vacation accruals until they make what they want. Honestly jobs are so easy to find right now it’s to easy to waist time here.
