      Pros

      You are working at corporate office, but it feels like a small business since everyone knows each other. They truly care how you are doing at work and at home. It is awesome that the company is up to date on the technology that allows individuals to work remotely.

      Provide a better healthcare plan for families.

      Wonderful home office support, and executive leadership that cares about team members. Handled pandemic amazingly and tries to have an open door policy.

      Pros

      I just came up on my one year at PrideStaff. In review, I can honestly say that I love my job. There is plenty of variety in my day-to-day work and our team works and vibes well together. I'm excited to use all of the new skills I've learned through my experience and look forward to many more years to come with the company.

      Cons

      There can be a slight learning curve if you're new to the staffing industry, but training and hands-on experience helps.
