Pros
I have been a part of the PrideStaff team for a little over two years. I started off doing general sourcing for the team, and now I have moved into a Business Development Manager role and am currently being trained to become the branch manager for our next office. Ann and Dave Gilbert, Rick, Jonas, and the rest of the PrideStaff family have really molded me into who I am. I never expected to enjoy staffing (let alone a job) this much. I have grown such a passion for this company and helping people find the right job that I can't picture myself doing anything else. PrideStaff offers many different avenues and growth opportunities so everyone can find their own niche within the company. I wouldn't be who I am without these people and this company.

The hardest part about our job is trying to please every person we come in contact with - whether it is a client or candidate, we want the absolute best for them and we will do whatever we can to make that happen.
