Effective training, with a solid overview of the leasing process. Not left to sink or swim - managers take the time to explain things and answer questions. Impressed with the benefits package, seems like something a bigger company would offer. Good place to build professional confidence.

The office environment was relatively peaceful

I was dumped into the role with no training, no real onboarding, and no one willing to answer even basic questions. They expected me to manage complex financial systems while making it clear I wasn’t allowed to ask for help. When mistakes happened—which was inevitable—I was blamed and made to feel incompetent. It was isolating, humiliating, and completely avoidable with just a little leadership effort.

The job keeps me busy with regular patrols and monitoring through CCTV. It’s important to handle situations professionally and calmly, so I’ve improved my conflict management skills. Supervisors do a good job of keeping everything safe and under control. Plus, the benefits package is a nice bonus with health insurance and 401k. It’s clear the company wants to offer its people more than just a paycheck.

Cons

It can get a bit boring on slow and quiet shifts.
